This page is a great way to let your members have copies of any local newsletters you have ever published elctonically. The ideal mechanism is to convert them into a pdf format. If you do not know how to do so, you can download a free tool from this link, which when installed will appear as a 'new printer' called 'Adobe pdf'. When you 'print' to that driver it will prompt you for a filename and save the document as a pdf file. Simply copy that into the folder called pdf and other files for download, and point to it as a link from Dreamweaver.
Here is an example of a file for download - the document is on Welfare in Transport Implementation Team which can also be found on the main RBST web site for reports
