How to Join the local group
You may join the local group in addition to the main RBST membership, so as to get all the local knowledge and contacts

Content here. Tables are a great way of adding text and images in a very controlled manner. You can select say a couple of cells and 'merge' them, or slit them, add new rows and cols - just like in Word - try the right mouse button.
